Neck Tattoo
It just screams “Winner in Life!”, doesn’t it?
We had to register Leah in her pre-K today and one of the parents was sporting this fantastic look. Hooray for public schools, right?!
I can only imagine that he had a full plate of worthwhile activities that day. I’m sure neck tattoo guy had to “squeeze in” his kids pre-K registration between his tee-time at Oak Hill and his HR appointment with Xerox after accepting their CEO position.
I know I shouldn’t judge, but I will anyway.
Unless you’re a professional football player or hip hop or punk rock star a tattoo on your neck is NOT a good look. It is what I would call, a “Worst Possible Decision.”
If you have a tattoo on your neck, I’ll even say if you associate yourself with someone who has a tattoo on their neck, I’m going to go ahead and assume that you suck at life.

Gotta say if I saw him walking down the streets, I would move to the other side. Hell I can’t even walk near the Hot Topic store at the malls. Freaks me outtt

I have 2 neck tattoos, they are very nice and everything. i have one my right side just under my ear and the other is on the back of my neck i refused to tell you what they are but they are nice and then you will judge me for what they mean. you have the right to judge all we want but don’t judge everyone with a neck tattoo SUCKS AT LIFE…CAUSE I SURE AS TO HELL DON’T THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, c’mon, tell me what they mean. Are you embarrassed? Maybe you don’t suck at life. I don’t know. But, make me understand the thought process. When did you wake up, look in the mirror, and decide that a freaking neck tattoo would be a good idea that day?
I’ve been wrong before, I just don’t understand the statement you’re trying to make with a neck tattoo.

Honestly, its not the whole “neck” tattoo or “tramp” stamp, its the fact that if you want to be looked at seriously in an inerview for a job that is basically better than flipping burgers and ringing out food at the local Wegmans, you are not going to be! You don’t see doctors, nurses, teachers …ect walking around with ink coming out of their ass! No one can be taken seriously, or professionally with a neck tattoo or eyebrow tattoo. The only jobs that they will get where their tattoo’s are okay, is if in fact your a tattoo artist or your cleaning floors. A professional look will get you a professional job/salary.

I know someone who has a friend with a tatoo of “Full Throttle” on his neck. I was not impressed. Then, one day when left alone with this person, it was strange, he was strange, and he picked an argument with me over something very serious, in which I threw him out of my apartment, and will no longer ever speak, nor associate with him.
So yes, no good can come from a person with a tat on their neck.
I do no have a tattoo, nor will I ever simply because I feel in an effort to look different naked these days, simply not having any ink work done is the way to go.
And as for you Andrea, how many nurses and doctors do you see running around with their scrubs hanging so low you actually see the so-called Tramp Stamp? You could have a fabulous male doctor who has a gigantic back tattoo, but you would never know because they don’t usually walk around with their shirts off. I do however, agree vissible tattoos are not professional. I’m against them all together, but would never put someone down for having one.

Never once did I say nurses / doctors did or did’nt have tramp stamps, I used that tattoo area as a REFERANCE to another form of a trashy looking part of the body to get a tattoo… obviously

My neck tattoo is 2 hearts facing each other with my husbands first inital and my first inital…yeah i know a person name on my body what happens if we divorce and all that well for 1 he is mine we have been together for 15 years and i see us goin another 50 or more….also if we divorce all i have to do is go back and have it blacken in thats all….the other tattoo is a rose with a heart wrapped around it and i got that for my son….the rose is his favorite color and the heart is mine showing that my heart with be wrapped around him now matter where i go or he goes…..so mine have meaning as all my other tattoos….the place for the tattoo was just where i wanted it.
